It is his belief that the more transparent healthcare becomes, the better the outcome will be for everyone. Erb’s point was born out of this one simple phrase: “Healthcare is confusing; we can help!”

After many years practicing Internal Medicine, Dr. Linda grew weary of only treating patients once they became unhealthy. She then became an avid supporter of teaching patients the keys to practicing wellness. Now, double board certified in both Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine, she has a thriving practice helping patients develop healthy habits and lose weight. Compassion is at the heart of Dr. Linda’s practice.

After being overweight for all of his adult life, Kyle made lifestyle changes that helped him loose over 100 lbs. He now works with clients to help them find contentment in their life and relationships through changing their thoughts and behaviors. The family, community, and larger systems we are a part of affect our values and beliefs, which has a huge influence over our behavior. By identifying the beliefs and patterns that keep us stuck we can begin to move in a new direction.
